I began my career in Commercial Real Estate in March of 2011 upon earning my Accredited Commercial Agent designation. This designation provided extensive training in commercial sales, leasing, exchanges, buyer and tenant representation, negotiations, and financial investment analysis. Since then I have continuously pursued professional development through ongoing education courses in New York and Connecticut . My foundation in residential real estate, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, has been instrumental in my transition to the commercial sector.

Early in my career, I recognized the unique opportunities within commercial real estate from income generating investments to large scale development projects. With a strong analytical approach and a commitment to delivering value, I gradually shifted my focus to connecting buyers with lucrative investment opportunities while assisting sellers in maximizing their returns.

One of my key experiences stemmed from working with investment clients referred to me through an exclusive right agreement with the Beijing China Company Group. For over two years, I served as their exclusive agent, facilitating investment transactions in the United States for clients seeking residency through the EB-5 visa program. Once cleared for purchase these investments were referred to me until their designated quota was met.

Over the years I have built a vast network of commercial investors and property owners, fostering strong relationships based on trust, expertise, and a results driven approach. By staying informed on market trends, zoning regulations, and economic developments, I have consistently identified prime opportunities for my clients.
