I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting a radio show “Take Control of Your Future” every Friday from 9:30am – 10:00am  EST on WVOX 1460 AM, Westchester County’s oldest and only local radio station celebrating its 47th year..the first show was March 10th.

I will familiarize you with all aspects of downsizing or aging in place, talking with guest experts about your home, estate plan, health care, finances, and more. The mission is to service the community with content rich information during the discussions covering topics including understanding market value, knowing when to downsize, understanding re-evaluation, elder law, estate planning, strategies to protect your money, investments and properties, staging and specialized interior design, and more; including not-for-profit organizations offering free programs with services meeting the needs of the baby-boomer to senior community.
